The View From our Porch is Irresistible

During her visit last week, Interior Secretary Deb Haaland captured the view from Sleeping Bear Inn sunporch on a picture perfect day. We were so grateful she included time at the Inn during her visit to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Just like many photos of Sleeping Bear Bay, it is hard to capture the almost tropical blues and greens of this portion of Lake Michigan. We hope you will join us on this historic porch to capture your own photos once we open the opportunity to book reservations.

Speaking of reservations, we receive dozens of inquiries daily regarding when we will be open for guests to stay overnight and more importantly, when will reservations be accepted. Our crystal ball is a little hazy right now and just like everyone else, we are at the mercy of the supply chain. We should have a pretty good idea about our completion timeline during the first few months of 2023 and please know that you are in the right spot to be the first to know as we will continually update our timeline through this newsletter and our website. We appreciate your patience.
