Northeaster Corner Room

Walls Primed and Ceilings Painted

Northeaster Corner Room

This northeastern corner room has been primed and ready for a fresh coat of paint. Soon to follow paint, the trim will be installed and the maple floors will be ready to be refinished. We named this room Day Dreaming which is a nod to its longest inhabitant, D.H. Day who came to Glen Haven in 1878. The other six guest rooms on the second story of the Inn are primed and their ceilings painted too. The remaining rooms are named, Sleeping Bare; Dune Good; Bear Necessities; Lake Effect; Aker’s View and Miss B. Haven. We look forward to the days ahead when we can welcome guests to these rooms! Next week, the walls of the first story will start going up with paint and trim to quickly follow.
